Virtual Library Card

As a student of New Haven Community Schools (NHCS), your child has access to a Virtual Library Card. This card allows students to access digital resources offered by the library. This includes the OverDrive catalog, Tutor.com, and more.

Detroit Zoo Virtual Ventures - Join the Detroit Zoological Society for free, self-paced virtual programs including exciting animal-related content, expert interviews, hands-on activities, and much more.
Walking with Dinosaurs - Created by the BBC, Walking with Dinosaurs features individual pages featuring interesting facts, images and statistics on particular dinosaurs.
Scratch - Program and create you own interactive stories, games and animation and share with others. Includes video and step-by step guides.
