Create a fairy door at the Jean Waterloo Lenox Township Library.

This program is open to individuals ages 11 - 17  and will take place at the library on Tuesday,  October 21, 2025, at 5:00pm. Filling out this registration form is required for participation in the project due to limited space and supplies. Each individual must be registered individually. Registration will remain open until the program is full or until Sunday, October 19, 2025, whichever occurs first.
